Vincent-Henri Peuch is the Director of the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service at ECMWF. Vincent-Henri has a background as a scientist working on topics related to atmospheric composition and especially air quality. He is a member of several international scientific committees including the world meteorological organisation.
Steve Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Astrosat, an Astronautics and Earth observation company. A proven innovator and entrepreneur, Steve is also an award-winning Astrophysicist and Astronautical Engineer. Through his leadership Astrosat is paving the way for Space solutions using innovation to solve global challenges.
Guerric de Crombrugghe is an enthusiastic and self-driven expert in aerospace, including aeroplanes, drones, rockets, satellites, and their applications, with an emphasis on company growth and innovation. He launched ScanWorld, a hyperspectral images and analytics company, in 2020. He now works as Chief Product Officer at ConstellR with the goal of creating a European champion in satellite photography for agriculture.
Nicolas Peter has more than 20 years of international experience in space policy on 4 continents and 8 countries. Nicolas has published over 100 reports and co-edited three books on space affairs and is a regular peer-reviewer for the Journals Space Policy and Acta Astronautica. He is also a Board of Director of the Women in Aerospace Europe and an Honorary Board Member of the Space Generation Advisory Council.
Gil Lizcano is an expert in climate modelling with experience in the management and commercialization of large projects. Gil has led Vortex’s innovation strategy when he is a current partner. He is the driving force behind the Climate Scale idea in 2019 and is now a founding partner of CS.

Miguel García has over 30 years of experience as a consultant, coach, and trainer to 500+ executives, business owners, public officials, and entrepreneurs. In 2001, he founded his company ASAP Operational Research specialised in market research. He provides consumer insights, competitive vision, and basic rules for the economic viability of the project.
Laura Moreno has over 15 years of experience in the space business having previsouly worked at ESA ESTEC and Starlab. She founded EarthPulse, a start-up focused on socio economic indexes based on EO & geospatial data.
Thomas Tanghe is one of the Partners at SpaceTec Partners, with over 10 years of experience in consulting, leading the innovation advisory practice. He is author of several reports about access to finance, innovation financing and alternative financing of the space industry.
Cristiana Bogateanu is an organizational leader and business mentor in +100 start-ups. Cristiana has over 10 years experience in entrepreneurship and business development. Also, over the years she participated in numerous programmes like Seedcamp (Coaching), Challenge UP, Hub:raum tech incubator. Her new challenge is steering a freshly rebranded organisation that aims to connect start-ups, communities, and other relevant stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem.
Alexandre Mencik is the founder and CEO of Space Platform and serves as Chief Business Officer of SpaceDreamS. Alexandre has co-founded several start-ups and served in law firms and the European Commission. He has a background in Spacecraft Techniques and Technologies.

Yes, there is no requirement as such for participation in the EU Space Academy Learning Platform. Although the course is aimed at entrepreneurs within the space sector, the lessons are designed so any interested person regardless of their background can find modules of interest.
No, you can register to the online programme anytime! Once you registered, you will gain access to all the available courses that you can watch at your own convenience.
Each member of your team can individually join and benefit from the academy.
No, you can watch the lessons in your preferred order.
Yes, you will get a certificate after completing the academy. Additionally, after the completion of each course, you can download a completion badge and share it with your network.

Depending on the lesson, follow-up sessions are workshops, office hours or mentoring sessions, that become available after the release of each lesson.
